Windows 11 developers commented on the planned features for Windows 11 on Twitter. They explicitly responded to a user comment who commented on the release scope of the current Insider preview update for the OS.
Windows 11 is available for download as a first public beta as part of the Windows Insider Program for interested users. If you wish, you can already experience the many innovations that the operating system will have compared to Windows 10. But according to Microsoft, it should not remain that way.
The new cumulative update already includes many additional features
As the developers of Windows 11 announced on Twitter, the new operating system will receive “many more modifications” and additional features than has been the case so far. A Twitter user previously noted that the latest cumulative build with build number 22000 has already made various changes. The update included a new login screen, a new file explorer, rounded window corners, a new Action Center and new settings.
The developers commented on this on Twitter: “Keep in mind that in the coming months we will release more and more features for Windows 11 Insider Build so that we can reasonably customize each feature.“
What exactly users can expect from Windows 11 or Insider Build in the coming months remains open to the Microsoft team. With Windows 11 preview releases coming over the coming months, vigilant users should gradually discover other innovations – we’ll continue to report them as soon as we receive new information.
