First things first: the iMac 24 “… the screen doesn’t measure 24”. Corner to corner, it measures just under two feet, or 23.5 inches. And since Apple has cropped at the edges, the 24-inch iMac is slightly wider (54.7 cm) than the 21.5-inch iMac Retina 4K it replaces (52.8 cm). Halfway between the iMac 21.5 “Retina 4K and the iMac 27” Retina 5K, the iMac 24 displays 4.5K, or 4,480 x 2,520 pixels to be exact.
