Skateboard fans may have already noticed the game’s ambitious project. Now, the Canadian developer of Sessions has found a sales partner at NACON for official launch.
The session has been planned as the most realistic simulation possible for a skateboard fan. The game is being developed at the crea-ture studio in Montreal, run by Marc-André Houde and Vincent Da Silva. The founders are not only more experienced game developers, but also avid skaters. In this way, they have made it their business to offer a skateboard game as close as possible to a sport.
The session is a realistic skate presentation
The tournament world celebrates the golden age of skiing and faithfully displays the culture and creativity of this sport that grew in popularity in the 1990s. In addition to realistic physics, the game featuring a “real pose stick” introduces a new type of control method, whereby skier’s feet can be controlled independently of one another using joysticks – the result should be innovative and unprecedented in skateboarding. – Play.
The learning curve for innovative control mode should correspond as closely as possible to that in the life of a real skater: First, players must skillfully exercise control over the board in order to perform all the different tricks the game offers. After that, you can develop your own stunts to hit the streets. Your greatest successes can be immortalized with the built-in video editor.
According to the developer, several hundred thousand players have already tested the current version of this honor for skating on Steam and eagerly pursue the further development of the exceptional project.
The title is currently available in Early Access on Steam (PC) and as a Game Preview version on Xbox One / Xbox Series X | S. No official release date for the final version has been announced.
