It appears that Microsoft is improving the display of text in the Windows 10 Edge browser.

However, the change means that fonts in Edge no longer follow the operating system’s optimization setting and look fuzzy on some screens. It looks like Microsoft is now changing that again.

How Windows newer Reportedly, Edge beta 91.0.862.0 included a ClearType key in the Canary channel, which is updated daily. According to the description, the switch caused Edge’s text display to depend on settings from the Windows ClearType text optimization tool. With the next version 91.0.863.0, the option has been removed again, but Microsoft seems to be working on recomparing fonts in Edge. However, the setting will only have effect later if you have already gone through the ClearType wizard in Windows. To do this, press the Windows key, click Clear a, click Customize ClearType text And follow the additional instructions that appear on the screen.
