This new way to renew and use access to public transport has been long awaited by users in the region. Until now, they had to go to a physical service point, such as a pharmacy or convenience store, to do so.

In a press release, transport companies on both shores welcomed the arrival of this technology in the Quebec region developed by the Regional Metropolitan Transport Authority (ARTM).
