New Xbox Insider Delta Update: Fast Resume Fix | Xbox One

A new Xbox update is available for members Xbox Insider. It is available for Delta members and if you are one, you should be able to download it now.

Xbox Insider July 14 Update – Patch Details

Toys

  • Fixed the quick resume feature where some games display a black screen when placed in a fast resume state and restarted.

System

  • Corrected some translations for different languages. Note that some users may still see strangely displayed text (characters are often accented all over the place) in some places. This happens when the text is not fully translated yet and before the Xbox update rolls out to the general public.

The issues listed below are currently being fixed by the developers.

  • Some players have reported that applications fail to launch and display an update in progress message or error code 0x80073D0F. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app should correct the problem.
  • In the Disney+ app, the image may disappear even though background audio is available on certain content. You can try to pause and restart your content. If the problem persists, try restarting the Xbox.
  • Some players do not have sound when playing Dolby Atmos.
  • Some TVs that don’t support Dolby Vision at 120Hz also perform poorly at 60Hz or HDR. Xbox is working with manufacturers to correct the problem.
  • Some games such as Mass Effect: Legendary Edition will no longer benefit from Dolby Vision after the update is published. This is normal as it is a feature under test.
  • The links on the Edge browser do not work on the latest version of it.
  • Some joystick controls do not work. Restart your game if this happens.
  • HDMI-CEC does not work for some people.
  • Some games may appear in the library with the incorrect indication that they are a trial version.
