During his opening and welcoming speech, Mayor Philippe Busquier insisted on “the synergies that can be established between the various places of culture in our territory. I am sure that these synergies will give substance to our cultural project through the effective and rational use of this place of culture”.

All the elected officials expressed themselves as well as the Governor who emphasized: “I am delighted to be present at this opening, Phase 1 of a cultural adventure where Prayssas takes its place with all the projects to be developed thanks to this new tool.
