During a California streaming event Apple Has released the release date of its new operating systems. Officially Presented at WWDC 2021, iOS 15, iPadOS 15, WatchOS 8 and MacOS Montessori It is finally coming completely free on all compatible devices: in particular, the download is available from here September 20 2021 at approximately 19:00 (Italian time).
