Doha, Qatar: Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) announced the launch of three new features for its world-renowned mobile app to simplify the digital banking experience, in line with its digital transformation strategy. The bank introduced Balance Sneak Peek as well as Dark Mode and Segment Mode.
With over 2 million logins to the bank’s mobile app each month, most of them are associated with an account balance or credit card inquiry. The introduction of the Balance Sneak Peek feature makes it easy for customers to keep track of their money on the go and easily check their balance on their smartphone without having to log into the mobile app.

Along with the bank’s efforts to provide customer-centric services, the bank has introduced a segmentation pattern in its mobile application, providing Excellence members and Excellence members exclusive themes that match their profiles. This new feature provides customers with an attractive banking and lifestyle experience by giving them access to an exclusive theme and features.
