Super talent: soccer player Lukas Podolski is now part of the jury

RTL is changing the jury on its most popular show. In mid-March 2021, it was leaked that Dieter Bohlen, among others, had not only given up the executive chair in the classic Deutschland Asst den Superstar (DSDS), as Das Supertalent says goodbye to the music producer. Who will be the main critic of the latter program in the future? Now is the time to speculate about this. What is certain, however, is that the familiar face is part of the “super talent” jury.

Inversion transfer in RTL

This is a real hammer: Lukas Podolski, world football champion from 2014, takes a seat at the “Das Supertalent” jury table. To be clear, RTL Managing Director Henning Tewes stated that they want to be more family-friendly in the future. But that’s not all: the 36-year-old Podolski will be used in other entertainment and sports formats in the future. Will Boldi be there with the same amount of heart, passion and humor as at previous football matches? At least it looks like this: “I have always enjoyed watching ‘Das Supertalent’ with my family, and now I will soon be sitting in the jury chair myself. [bin] I look forward to these and other challenges in my new team. This is in my hometown of Kowloon.

Dream catcher Lukas Podolsky

Kai Sturm, Head of Entertainment at RTL says, “The most important question behind every talent is: What is your dream? Lukas Podolski lived his big dream. All of his experiences and feelings fit perfectly into the show.” In the future, Poldi will judge the progress or failure of talented singers, acrobats, comedians or clever animal trainers. RTL plans to announce another name for the “Supertalent” jury at the beginning of July 2021. The show has been running since 2007 and will enter its 15th season in 2021.
