Games, platforms and tools for children and families in the name of the environment. To inform, raise awareness and engage new generations in fun learning paths in the name of respect and environmental sustainability through small but important daily actions. This is the goal Amiya wants to convey to young and old alike this year. You will do this with the Balls Game, a nice and fun tool that allows you to learn about the properties of different materials and their potential reuse techniques while having fun. Also within the “Play Smart” area located in Piazza Bra, there will be a platform where tools and informative materials will be distributed, providing useful and valuable information and messages, including multimedia (videos, commercials,) about appropriate separate waste collection and the main activities of AMIA .
It will also be a long weekend of overwork for technicians and operators at Via Avesani. Indeed, thousands of visitors are expected in the most important squares in the historic city center, with all that in terms of cleanliness and decency. For this reason, dozens of operators will be engaged without interruption before, during and immediately after the event. Services will be strengthened and intensified. Dozens of distinct containers of various kinds of waste placed in the nerve centers of the games, hundreds of bags for collecting supplies. Exceptional cleaning and disinfection of the various event sites: a team of about ten employees, equipped with machines specifically selected for events, exhibitions and particularly important tourist flows, will work continuously from early morning until midnight during all days of Tocatì.
AMIA will also work on the final cleaning of all the concerned streets and squares upon the end of the event. It will also be, thanks to Amia, a green event. In fact, the company’s gardeners and operators in recent days have been providing decoration, floral decoration, and cleaning of various squares, streets and green spaces affected by the event’s activities. The Piazza dei Signori and Piazza Bra are decorated, where about a hundred specially flowering plants are placed.
“Tocatì will be an opportunity for Amia to repeat and convey messages related to environmental sustainability, to raise awareness of recycling issues, and will also represent a moment of games and fun for children and their families – President Bruno Tacchella commented – We are happy to contribute to this event and we will try to make our contribution to the success of the event, ensuring maximum cleanliness and operation of services.
