Will Halo Infinite outperform its CoD and Battlefield rivals?

Halo Infinite hasn’t been officially released yet, but it’s currently on its way to the top in terms of positive reviews. Beta shooter has much better ratings than its competitors.

At the end of the year, many developers of the shooter genre again began to put more effort. In addition to the recent releases of “Battlefield 2042” and “Call of Duty: Vanguard” in November, the current sequel about the Master Chief is still in its starting blocks.

Halo Infinite will be officially released on December 8th, but the beta phase of the multiplayer mode is already free to play. And this possibility is used by many fans: Halo currently outperforms its genre competitors.

Hello with better ratings on Metacritic

The various games have been ranked on the Metacritic platform, among others. There, Halo Infinite takes the lead in the official ratings, user reviews are not yet active.

Based on the reviews, the beta version has a fixed score of 82. “Call of Duty: Vanguard” is trailing with 72 points and “Battlefield 2042” is the last of the trio with 69 points.

All ratings refer to the PC version of the title in question. User reviews on Steam also speak of Halo.

Steam users also prefer Halo

So far, the game has garnered more than 75,000 positive reviews. This means that nearly 80 percent of the 94,000 reviews are positive.

The relationship on Steam with “Battlefield 2042” is completely different: only about 34 percent of the 82,000 reviews there are positive.
