Embracer buys Crystal Dynamics, Square Enix Montreal and Eidos

European holding company Embracer Group has announced its acquisition Eidos Montreal, Square Enix Montreal and Crystal Dynamics $ 300 million, with all associated intellectual property.

The company adds to its list of successful IPs Tomb Raider, Deuce X, Thief and Legacy of Cain, To name a few for about fifty different brands owned by three companies.
