With Knockout Knockout Fitness A new Nintendo Switch training program appears. In the fitness game from XSEED Games / Marvelous, players complete high-intensity workouts inspired by martial arts.
Life is so bustling and staying fit is a challenge for a lot of people – Knockout Home Fitness and its four personal trainers now want to give gamers a little help. Each coach has a different training style so players can find the right program for them. You’ll receive personalized daily routines to motivate you to reach your personal fitness goals. With 60 different short, intense full-body exercises developed with experts, the program offers a wide range of exercise options. The exercises take advantage of popular martial arts such as boxing, muay thai, karate and kung fu so that you can provide a comprehensive training.
Daily workouts can be tailored to fit your schedule, with focused workouts in 3-minute Fitness mode for those short on time, or full-on workouts in Personal Training mode, which features a variety of workout routines including warm-ups and cool-downs that can be completed in about 15 minutes. After training, players can use the “My Report” function to view the frequency and duration of their training, as well as their estimated calorie consumption, in order to track their fitness progress. Daily stamps act as an incentive to stay “on the ball.”
