The next Firaxis project, which has been mentioned by some insiders for several weeks, was officially mentioned during the opening Night Live. Marvel’s Midnight Suns fights

A week after its announcement, Firaxis returns to the front of the stage to unveil her first titled play-off. So it shouldn’t be considered XCOM in Marvel sauce, but rather a unique gaming experience. So Marvel’s Midnight Suns is an RPG where the player must choose the cards to use in combat. They can be unlocked in a variety of ways, including forging bonds with various superheroes in the Marvel universe. In addition to the fully customizable protagonist, the player can be accompanied by two other superheroes, be it the Avenger, X-Man or another Marvel character. The combination of selected heroes allows the formation of unique combos, as well as the use of the environment.

A central hub for our superheroes

Like XCOM, the game will offer fairly quiet phases of the game in which the player will be required to progress with his character. In addition to improving one’s existing capabilities, these moments of rest allow him to form relationships with other team members in order to open up new ways of fighting. The developer hints that Marvel’s Midnight Suns are allowing their own Marvel adventure as The Hunter, the main character, is free to form an affinity with the superheroes of their choice, as well as being able to specialize in the fighting style he best defines.
