Monistrol-sur-Loire: In Link, you can drink, eat, and play virtual reality

A new bar will open on Friday, June 21 in Monistrol-sur-Loire. The Link succeeds Coco & Rico on Avenue de la Gare. In addition to a bar and outdoor dining, the Link features an arcade and virtual reality games.

Four partners are preparing to open a new type of bar in Monistrol-sur-Loire that will delight players. We find Monistroliens Jean-Baptiste Boullara and Valentin Anastasi, Basso Vincent Sabatier and Legerian Xavier Laurent.

The Link project was born a few years ago in the mind of Valentin Anastasi. This idea came to fruition under the repeated enthusiasm of Jean-Baptiste Pollara, who convinced two other friends to follow them on this adventure.

Link to create a link

By using the link, these friends want to create an association. This translates into a pub feel with 6 beers on tap including the unmistakable Guinness, 28 bottled beer references, and cocktails you can enjoy at the bar tables, some of which you will recognize Moss and his colleagues from that era. In terms of catering, 48 seats will allow you to enjoy gourmet dishes or hot dishes.

Virtual reality games

Where Link will be very different from other bars will be the entertainment area which has a lot of virtual reality to share the latest technological developments in the field.

Behind the large window, two Kat VR platforms let you walk, run and jump into an endless library of games. You can hunt zombies, discover places lost for centuries, or experience an adventure in magical landscapes.

The gaming area also has a vintage Coco & Rico pool table, a 4-day gaming area with a focus on retro games from the 90s and 2000s, and a racing simulator that replicates the sensations all over the body. Like iRacing game.
