Soon new Heartland opus game, mobile game, movie on Netflix, novel …

In 2019 Ubisoft announced several modifications to its video game licenses, particularly with The Division. Earlier, in 2016, a feature film based on The Division was mentioned, with the roles of Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Chastain in the title. The Division refueling in the coming months / years

Today, via a blog note, Ubisoft confirms that the project is ongoing, and that The Division movie is already in production on Netflix with Ubisoft Film and Television. So we will find Jessica Chastain and Jake Gyllenhaal, who director Rawson Marshall Thurber will direct in this movie based on the events of the original game, which was launched in 2016.

Ubisoft explains that this new movie is also the first step in its strategy to expand the franchise to other media. Licensing enthusiasts will be delighted to know that Aconyte will soon publish a new original novel. Set in the aftermath of The Division 2, the story will follow agents who fight to secure supply routes in the United States as Green Poison continues to grow.

For video games, which are already hugely popular on consoles and PCs, the Division license will be talked about again … via the future mobile episode. In fact, Ubisoft recently confirmed the release of a new free game based on its valuable license. Which will be arriving on iOS and Android soon.

Additionally, Ubisoft has also confirmed Heartland, which is a standalone game that will not require knowledge of the Division world. However, for those who have already played the first two games, it will offer a fresh perspective on the universe in a new environment. The game will be available in 2021-22 on PC, console and cloud.
