New mobile app for DoosanCONNECT

Doosan has launched a new mobile application for its fleet and asset management system, DoosanCONNECT ™ TMS2.0 that covers more than 80,000 excavators, bulldozers and articulated dump trucks for the company worldwide.

L’application offre également de nouvelles possibilités, telles que des instructions envoyées aux machines, l’appel direct pour intervention (l’application relie directement le client au service technique du concessionnaire Doosan) et une option de discussion en ligne pour communer avec le prestataire in service. Connectivity to DoosanCONNECT TMS2.0 is only available in regions covered by 2G / 3G network. The next generation of this system, DoosanCONNECT TMS3.0, will be available for the new Doosan-7 devices later this year.

The DoosanCONNECT system is designed to improve construction site management efficiency and equipment operation by real-time monitoring of Doosan’s engine and hydraulic system component data, while providing information, maps and visuals regarding their condition and availability. Doosan customers receive a monthly report on the operations of their device. Thanks to the detailed information regarding service hours and fuel consumption, they can improve their deployment but also intervene in time to replace filters and make oil changes.

DoosanCONNECT provides comprehensive machine performance information using dual mode (satellite and mobile network). It is currently the only tool of its kind that is able to provide this level of information and this amount of data to reduce costs and increase machine efficiency.

With the DoosanCONNECT remote monitoring system, fleet managers can collect a lot of data such as fleet condition, details of each machine, locations, operating hours, fuel consumption, engine idle time versus actual working time, machine error codes, service warnings, service history and usage reports.
